Winter Wiper Woes (Camry Wagon)

Hiyas, got a simple question....how do you remove the interior trim panel on the liftgate? Checking underneath the speaker covers dint seem to reveal anything. Could be my old eyes. Ideas? Winter's coming (too) soon and I need to reconnect the linkage(s) so both wipers work; I wanna see who's gonna hit me from behind, is all. Oh..one more thing...driver's side window is inop from both door and master switches...could it just be the switch and does that pop out easily for inspection?
