4th Generation Brake Conversion Specifics, Ex: master cylinder

i have a gen 4 5sfe, i know already that gen 4 v6's have rear disk brakes available that can fight a 4cyl. I'm looking for just the rear conversion. But what i do not know is whether i will have to replace the master cylinder or not? And yes i have searched long an hard for this info before posting this thread.

I don't think you will have to replace your master cyl, just your proportioning valve.
