Basically the paper discusses about the improvements of the basic technical characteristics over the previous engine it replaced, and how it managed to achieve these improvements.

Improvements and charts on fuel consumption and power and torque with graphs etc are shown in the paper... from a casual readers point of view though; hardly anything really interesting in it. To be brutally honest.
