Broken Caliper Bracket Mounting Bolt

Well I was doing a complete brake job (rotor & brake pad replacement). I somehow broke the caliper mounting bolt. And I having hard time trying to find a replacement. Does anyone know where besides Toyota that I can buy a mounting bolt?

I doubt it other than a wrecker. The bolt will be hardened. You might try a fastener supply company and get a Grade 8 replacement. For the price difference and all that driving and time I'd just go to Toyo.

I found a Raybestos Brake Hardware Kit its the Front Bolt. I am trying to determine if this is caliper mounting bolt?

Hard to say if thats the bolt or not. Best thing you can do is either call the dealer, or take one of the other bolts to a parts store, for example Napa, Parts Plus, what have you, someone that will have a fastener assortment. That bolt is available through them, as I have replaced them. The problem with the online raybestos, is that pic might not be the exact picture of what youre getting. Hard to say.

I replaced my caliper mounting bolts, dealer wanted around $3 CDN for that, caliper slides were $8, and caliper bolts were $3. this summer

Hello, anyone home in the Upper US? He broke the caliper bracket bolt, the bolt that holds the bracket to the steering knuckle. Not a caliper mounting bolt.
