3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I know theres tonnes of threads on this subject, but I cant find a clear answer.
My bulbs are burnt and I want to replace them. I just want to get new bulbs, and dont have money for a HID retrofit.
I was looking for the clear white bulbs with a slight blue tint. Which is the best ones to get? I see bulb s with wattages from 60 - 100 on ebay. Which is thebest for my car, 92 v6 4 dr.
I tried those " xeon blue " blulbs before and they burnt out so fast. I just want to get OEM-like lifetime out of these bulbs.
Also, will doing the 9005 ---> 9006 mod melt my wire harnesses?
I wouldn't trust any compnay that claims "110 watts performance." I fit draws 60w, it has 60w performance. Also light output is measured in lumens, not watts. Watts is a measure of energy consuption (joules per second). I don't trust companies that make bogus claims.

I think there is a replacement warranty on them if they do burn out. Not sure of the exact length, maybe someone else might like to chime in with that.

why is piaa still so expensive since HID is coming low on thier price.
go with lumic i had then they work great....if you want more light go with 4000k, if you get blue tint ones they have less light on the road
