Lock Cylinder - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Just today my lock cylinder gave out. Bought new one from toyota dealership and started the task. Everythings out, the deck, center console...etc. But I CANNOT take out the old lock cylinder, it can't be turn to 'ACC' so is there any other way? I've read about drilling but I don't have any drills or anything..........

I guess I'm going to call locksmith if im still unable to take it out.
Cost- ~$120. Damn there goes my speakers money.

Have you looked at the repair manuals for guidance?

If not,, go to the General Camry forum and there is a link at the top.

Yeah I did.Thanks for the reply.
Theres nothing else I can do. Called locksmith already, should be here soon.
Cost - $125 just to drill something out!
