Dude be careful. Dont attempt to take the afm out of the car or anything. Becareful when prying the top open that you dont screw up something inside. And PLEASE mark the cog before you move it! AFM is not something i want to mess around with again, just becareful is all, this is a good mod!

Ok will do.... Doing hw right now and its raining outside, definitely not gonna work on the car today. Did you change the AFM settings and screwed up or something?

I think my car is running hella rich because its leaving white/grey residue on the bumper above the exhausts

Anyone have pics of where the AFM is? I don't want to be prying open the wrong things.

Your right the 5S-FE doesn't have a MAF or AFM, but it does have a MAP (mass air pressure) in addition to the IAT

So its the big metal thing with the black cover on top? That black cover is REALLY sealed on though. Do I have to cut through the rubber sealant or whatever to get to what's inside?

Its seal though. Do I have to break the rubber/glue seal around it?
