3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Huh.
But seriously guys, why someone may need a spoiler on a camry (a FWD car!!!) when the working speed of a spoiler is above 130 MPH. I have never saw even a police car cruising at such speed.
Some lights, some tatu, but a spoiler - just IMHO - sucks on any car that is not a Porsche, Ferrari or a car of comparabale capacitance.
It's like wearing a great classic suit ... and ride a cool all-terrain bike. Just IMHO.

Dude, you need to shut up. The other post was deleted for a reason. Unless you plan to help tis guy find one, you have no need posting in here.
And the 130mph? Um, you ARE a car noob. Go read up about the Porsche Spoilers that pop up when a certain speed is reached. It's not 130mph.

yah im not getting on for speed lol...but for the lool. Looks kinda plain without one on the camry.
Or yeah! Agree 100%. I am using a bike rack! Also, I have a hitch and sometimes take a UHaul trailer. That looks really cool! And the trailer sounds like a mot$%^fu$$r semi! By the way, a spoiler and lowered suspension would be really cool on the trailer!
I have run my car over the 130 mph in Germany with luggage (you can drive in Germany so hard you can).
I shit in my pants...man that is fast with stock tyres...i faster was possible, but an Audi station was coming.....

In not driving on a race track...but works just fine for me. (Think it over...)
Good luck with searching!
I worked in Germany for ~4 years. The truth is that at 200+ kmh (>130 mph) there are few options to control the car, the road profile (which is good in Germany) controls the car so it may feal stiffer. But you're right, I had this fealing too.
The thing is that 200 kmh is not such a high speed in Germany, I've got it when I was cruising at ~180-190 kmh and was getting passed like I was driving a Trabant. That's were the spoiler is a must.
Hahaha i know that feeling. The smallest cars are passing by, drived by woman over 60 years old.
I remember I saw this at a tankstelle (gas station): a very old ledy (maybe 75 or so) was barely holding herself on legs, then she creeped into her new gelendewagen (SUV MB G500) and sprinted from the gas station to a road driving her SUV in a controlled skidding.
By the way, no spoiler was on G500, and this is one of the most plain cars I know (not the latest generation though) with plain openly observable door hinges.
