Alright, before i ask my question, yes i have searched for this and no im not new to TN. Anyways i was wondering if somebody could please give me a detailed or not description of how to retrofit these projectors to the 99 camry http://www.xtralights.com/index.asp?...OD&ProdID=1823

Maybe its just me but I don't see any projectors in those... unless your referring to the entire headlight??

Sorry i didn't realize on the site they say halo, so they're halo headlights then.

yeah i know, im just late night whoring. more work thant i want now.

but to redeem myself for my whorish ways. you could retrofit projectors in there, the DIY for that kinda thing is pretty general. find a suitable projector, measure, cut, install enjoy.

I was wondering, when ppl retrofit projectors, do they just cut a hole on the housing, jam the projector in and then fine some screws to screw it tight then seal with with something?

Thats pretty much the jist of things.

If you're a perfectionist you of course do measurements and what not.

And depending on what projector you have, you may need to make a shroud to keep light from escaping.

I thought the bulb was in hte projector already? How does light escape?

i have AFS projectors for sale from an rx330, shrouds not needed =) i have a thread if anyone is interested
