4th Generation V6 thermostat replacement....

Hi; I tried a search and couldn't find any info for a V6. Can anyone give me some direction on where it's located, what problems I might encounter and any info I should know re a complete flush. I don't want to mix anti-freeze's again as I found out the hard way that mud results. Thanks, Frank 99V6

I'd start there, download the service manual, do some reading.

it's not that easy to explain...best bet is to pick up a haynes manual- they're fairly detailed with all work

and as for how easy it is- it's a cinche.

and same goes for the coolant flush.

you can also just use the kind of anti freeze that mixes with every other kind.
