Unhappy Coupe Running Crappy

My 96 4cyl 5speed seems to not like me letting off the gas in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears..

I start off shift into 2nd gear and I will let off to slow down to a stop sign, my car just kinda bogs down/jumps when I slow down..Its like my engine is running crappy and responding akward when I slow down..

I ran my car really low on gas a few weeks ago and my parents thought my car was sucking up all the junk at the bottom of my gas tank and plugging up the fuel injectors and making it run crappy...could this be the problem?

Its driving me nuts..but it runs fine most of the time but sometimes does that.

If it happened directly after running really low on gas then I would suggest seafoaming it.
