brakes keep moving forward and squeal rummber noise before completed stop

i changed 98 toyota camry with new toyo pads and rotor. i noticed when i did a test drive, if i perfomed a quick stop..the car move forward with a romer noise before its stop completely. also, i know the brake padel feels little harder (more friction) when push padel down...is that normal? read brakes shoes look new, so i only adjusted the back brake only. can the noise be something i worry or just like that? sometimes i heard the romer noise (like the pad rub against and moving forward a little before its complete stop)

but other that, the car 98 toyo camry runs fine. Also, i put new pad and both front new toyo rotors...when i look Right passenser side rotor is has a mark circle on the new rotor...can it be something that rob brakes pad to cause that? how can i fixed it or just normal?

thanks

Toyo rotors and pads should work with no problems (unlike some other brands). Did you reinstall the shims under the pads? What does this circle look like, is the disk damaged? The pedal may feel a little firmer depending on pad construction.

The brakes may need a little breaking in, see link below:

the shims install outward(one against the caliper) . the circle mark has little mark (cratch) around the roto,r but when i touch with my hand when the rotor cool...no roughnest at all... could the caliper stick to cause the rotor to make mark? also, could the caliper make a griden noise when i push pedal to complete stop and car moves forward a little bit before come compete stop. i cleaned all dirt and i apply brake grease on between shims and on the back of brakes pad. NO squeeze noise , but a grinden noise when i come to complete stop and a car move forward a little before complete stop.

what can be the possiblilites? someone told me the caliper could be stuck to cause the grinden noise ..is that true? how can i check if my caliper is really a bad?

Did you have this problem before you changed the pads and rotors?

Also, did you change the hardware as well? (the metal clips that grab the pads on the top and the bottom)

i used all old clips... but here is funny...the driver does have the mark around the rotor..only on the passenssar side has mark around the rotor.... could a clip do that? when i put in, the clips have had lot of tension...you think that could be cause by the clip to put a mark around the rotor or make the gridnen noise before it comes to complete stop.

keep give your suggestion....want to solve this problem...
thanks
