4th Generation Rust :/

so I've got a spot of rust on my trd stb. I wanted to know what my options were. How can i treat it? Check it out:

How did it rust, do you often get water or a lot of moisture in your engine bay? If it were me I would just use touch-up paint over it, but in terms of actually preventing it from spreading, i'm not sure what you would do. Maybe sand it down then paint it?

in that environment rust will occure even with very little moisture.

It's hard to say for sure, but I bought "Phantom Grey 1E3 Toyota" from the Scratch Fix 2in1 touch-up kits at Auto Zone. I bought it for my rims to help with curb rash, and your SB looks to be a similar shade.
