95 Toyota Camry XLE V6- Updating problem please help

Once again Thanks for the people who replied on my last post much thanks, now im updating the problems once again, before i get to the next problem i have 2 very important questions that might help me in getting my car fixed, the fuel pressure regulator is hooked up to a vacuum hose if sensor is unplugged is the vacuum still suppose to work? question 2, i put a tool to check the injector power the light flashs fast as its suppose to and once accelerated hard the light its solid but it loses the light for a sec while acceleratoring does this mean theres something wrong with the computer since thats wat sends the signel to the injectors? now to the new problem the fuel pressure regulator is hooked up to the fuel rail and then to a vacuum hose and then to the fuel hose..... if i pinch the fuel hose hooked up to the fuel regulator the car accelerates perfect and doesnt stall..... wat could be the problem fuel regulator? Thanks in Advance once again.......

Does the engine cut out when the light stops blinking? The light should blink when DC power is applied to the injector.

The pressure regulator moderates fuel pressure in the fuel rail by bypassing fuel back to the fuel tank. The fuel hose you see is the return line fuel hose to the gas tank. Fuel to run the engine comes from the fuel filter and goes to another entry point on the rail. The less fuel bypassed to the tank by the fuel pressure regulator the higher the fuel rail pressure and hence injector pressure.

The vacuum hose to the pressure regulator runs to an electrically controlled valve control operated by the computer. Under various engine conditions the computer opens the valve allowing vacuum to go to the pressure regulator. This vacuum moves the regulator control valve to decrease return fuel and as a result increase fuel rail pressure.

If the engine runs OK with the fuel return line hose pinched off too much fuel may be bypassed to the tank thus lowering the fuel pressure. The problem would most likely be the pressure regulator is defective.
