changed plugs and will not run correct rough idle. does anyone know proper sequence for 2001 4 cyl camry?

The wires should not reach properly, but the plug closest to serpentine belt side is #1 and the one closest to the battery is 4. The 2 coil packs is on the cylinder head and is marked with numbers, so one set is closer to the front if I recall is 1 and 4 the other set is 2 and 3.
