3rd Generation Hearing a thug on suspension 3.5 Gen

I have started to hear some suspension related "thugs" and it is coming from the right front side. I hear it when I hit a pothole.

I will check tonight on bushings, etc..

Any ideas? I have a 3.5 Gen with 135k miles!

Thanks.

you prolly ran over a gangster instead ov a pothole; that's why you get the "thug" sound. LOL

anyways; have you ever replaced your mounts? - most ov the time its more of a clunking sound tho.. good luck!

gotta watch out....hitting thugs will get you into some trouble

seriously tho, check your strut mounts....they wear out over time and can cause the sound youre reffering to

invest in a form of protection ..... a Glock or Berreta should do the trick

and if all else fails - call in a Thug Extermination Specialist

i was getting a clunk in my front-right, thought it was the strut mounts ... and then thought it was the front stabilizer bar ... pretty sure its the entire strut assembly now it was just clunking on 90* turns, now it does it while going over bumps

if you cant find the sound, bring it in to any decent mechanic and they should be able to identify it
