Smile Toyota Camry '97 Flex Pipe cracked - How much will it cost to fix?

Hello,

I have a 1997 4 Cyl Toyota Camry. The flex pipe that connects the exhaust manifold to the exhaust cracked. How much will it on an average cost to fix? I live in the Midwest. Thanks!

Had mine replaced. About $300 at the dealer but I went to a redneck place and had it done for $35.

I just recently had this done on my 94. Go to an aftermarket muffler shop. They can cut out the old flex pipe and weld in an aftermarket one for about $150.

$150? They did the same thing at a no name place and i swear it was $35. Well $150 is better than $300.

I just had my flexpipe cut out and replaced (2000camry with 2.2)with a new aftermarket one here in mn for 125.00 plus tax so 130 and they placed a hanger forward to help with the stress and more support. Very professional too. I am going to replace the motor mounts next week to cut down on the engine movement as well. So I think you can expect around 100-130
