Hello!

94 Camry I4 with 129k miles here. I can feel some vibrations on the gas pedal
while accelerating, as if I'm driving over a rough surface (which I'm not!). Any ideas what might be causing this 'rough' acceleration? Also some light pinging during hard accelerations (sometimes, not always). Thanks.

With the hood open, Drop this thing in gear, hold your foot on the brake and give it a good bit of gas for a second or two. see if the motor raises up on one side. do it again in reverse. I suspect the front motor mount . it's the one right in front of the radiator, and probably the small (dogbone) mount on the motor right above the timing belt area.
