4th Generation Strange timing belt sound

I had my timing belt changed a few months ago and since then, whenever I do a cold startup (like the morning) the timing belt doesn't sound smooth. It's like pulsing/clicking kind of sound almost like a hesitation. It seems to stop after I've driven the car and it's warmed up.

It's a pretty loud sound too. One time I drove my friend and when he heard it, he asked my "is your car dying"? Another time my dad also heard it and found it quite strange.

Was it not installed right? Should I get it looked at?

I'm not too sure. But I'll look into that. Thanks, I'll update when I know. Is it important to replace with the timing belt?
