need good ignition wires

Hello
96 I4 camry wagon.

I have noticed a power performance drop off after replacing 4 year old plugs and wires. The old ones were toyota dealer installed for prior owner. The new ones were Bosch bought at Auto Zone. I now get a killer electric jolt when I touch the coil wire and the fender. No trouple touching the plug wires. The AZ guys were not helpful with these symptoms.

I am fine going to the dealer after possibly getting the wrong or bad parts from AZ, but I was curious about other alternatives.

Thanks a million for your thoughts

Wire shock

Thanks for the replies.
I will try the NGK.
Is it fair to say that a shock from the coil wire is badly insulated? Faulty?

When I first joined this forum that was like the first thing I read- don't use anything but Denso or NGK for the spark plugs hell might as well use their wires too!!!
