3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Well, I felt it was better to make a new, clean thread rather than reviving an old thread (which I found in search *pat on back*).

I've seen these pictures of Touring/Super-Touring Camry's, and I know there has been discussion about them in the past, but ALL CURRENT LINKS ARE DEAD!
I’m wondering if anyone here has some more recent links, or other pictures saved that they would be willing to share!
general discussion is okay too!

Sydney driver JAMIE MILLER will make his championship debut at Oran Park
in the Toyota Camry previously raced by Mark Adderton and Ron Searle.
Miller drove the Camry in the 500km Super Touring endurance race at
Bathurst in 1999 and finished ninth. The car will be prepared by Mick
Quinn of Phoenix Motorsports. Miller said he had tested the Camry three
times and that the engine was being rebuilt.
ive always loved thoes pics, made me feel better about tuning a camry i just want that windsheild wiper damnit
the mini truckers around here used to do that style, used a diferent arm on the middle wipper knuckle with a longer blade and set the motor different, just cant remember the exacts, ill ask my buddy and see if he remembers...
Damn Milt I've only seen about 1/2 the pics you posted.
ditto Are those like spec'd wheels or something? I notice they all have the same rims just different colors etc. Are the wheels specified by the race type or?

On that sale post I posted, specs are 19x9.... But who knows what the regulations on types of wheels are. All other touring cars have different ones....
hmmmm take all the racing stickers off, tint the windows real dark, throw in a cat to try and pass emissions or else move where they dont have it, and take it for a ride on the streets....
