Just wondering what is the best method stopping my brake from squeaking noise???
I replace my brake pad recently but didn't machine the disc...it's really annoying.
Disc brake squeal is actually caused by the pads vibrating in the caliper and the little stamped steel carriers. In actual practice though this is what you do to get rid of brake squeal:
1. You need the blue goo, anti squeal compound they sell in little packets at the auto parts store (i wouldnt use grease, probably not a good idea). It gets smeared on the back of the pads.
2. Did you clean or replace the stamped steel parts that the pads ride in, they get dirty very fast and this can cause the pads to stick just a little, and this can cause brake noise. If you didnt clean these parts, i'd remove the caliper again (just remove one bolt and flip it up), clean the steel parts like new or change em from a brake hardware kit, and lightly lube with brake grease (another little packet from the auto parts). Lube only the portion the pads touch
3. Are you sure your pads dont have shims? If your pads call for shims and you left them off - squeaaaaak!!!!!!
4. How good are your rotors? I too have had to drive on rotors that were marginal (in terms of finish not being smooth) but, if your rotors do not look near new (no ridge on the outside that indicates a heavily worn rotor, no cracks, no heat discoloratiion, no grooves, no wavy surface, just smooth) then i'd change em because yeah, worn rotors can cause brake squeal for sure!
Here in the USA rotors are cheap nowadays, i paid $30 each rotor for my last set (i think turning rotors is usually just a waste of time because new ones are so cheap now).

Regarding to the rotors.....i just went out and check, it's not in good condition....i can see marks on the rotors!!!
Beside to have it machined the rotors, can i use sandpaper to get the marks off by sanding it in small circular motion???

I've had bad experiences with both cheap pads and cheap rotors and drums.
1)The $17 auto-super-store special brake pads for the Cherokee moved around in the calipers and would click everytime I applied the brakes.
2) $30 rotors for my old Sundance. Warped after 1 month of normal use.
3) $50 drums for the Cherokee. Pedal pulsed like crazy with new drums straight from the box. Measured them at work with a dial indicator and they were waaay out of round. Took them back for name brand parts and no problems after that!
So now $30 to turn your still good rotors doesn't seem that bad. So long as they have enough material left, they can be easily machined. If you do get new rotors, stay away from the bottom-of-the-line stuff.

Before i gave these cheapo $30 rotors a try (one front pair on my old nissan 200sx, now sold for $250, and one front pair on my wives 2001 solara to fix a pulsing pedal/wobbling steering wheel on braking) i was half-expecting something like this would happen to me as well - but none of these rotors have given me any problems like this, they have worked just fine...i bought mine at Kragen, where did you buy yours? Maybe your auto parts is buying their rotors from the wrong suppliers and you should try another store or brand of rotors. Do you happen to remember the brand of rotors that warped so fast? (so somebody else doesnt blow their money on this junk?)
Mine came from the corner discount parts store. I've bought plenty of inferior parts from them, so I try and shop at NAPA or Carquest now. Their parts seem to be better for not much more money. It's just a PITA when they close at 6pm weekdays and are not open on Sunday.
