What kind of features are you looking for? You can get a 2-way system that will tell you if the command went through or not. You could get automated windows up/down, trunk, release, etc.

The Viper or Python one with LED remote is pretty good, but the LCD remote one might tell more information. They are both 2 way systems though. Viper and Python are pretty much the same thing.

i have an avital autostart. it works okay - yes, it starts the car but i cant get the buttons on the autostart remote to work on the door locks for the camry so i have to carry around 2 remotes.

3rd Generation Ebay Car Alarms

ok so im going to get a simple car alarm. i saw some on ebay for the camry for like $17 or $19 you think they would work? i also found 2 way remote start and alarm systems for like $80 but i just want a simple arm and disarm and sumthing that unlocks and locks doors.. so you think the ones off ebay would work?

By $19 alarm, you mean a flashing LED that is triggered by the ACC power turning off right?
