ok lets hear it

doing some looking i have found 2 complete suspension kits i am now considering, both have struts and springs included both are with in 15-20 bucks of each other delivered to my door. both offer the same amount of drop. one is kyb gr2 struts with vogtland springs, and the other is a complete tokico kit. both with 1.25 inches of drop. i tend to drive to fast and cut corners to fast so all those who like to drive their rides chime in with which sounds like A) the better deal and B) the better handling kit...seeing as they cost dang near the same im more worried with which ill get the most bang out of.

oh and in case it matters future plans (xxxmas) are for 17s(18s if i find a killer deal) and way down the road is for body kit. just in case any of that should matter

thanks all!

id get the kit with the tocks. they are quite a bit stiffer then the KYBs and will improve handling more.

I also say Tokico because they're stiffer.

Tokicos. I have them and absolutely love them. However, you may have a tough time finding the complete kit. Everywhere I tried (this was back in June 07) couldn't get the Tokico springs, even though they advertised the complete kit. I ended up w/ Tokico struts under Tein S Tech springs. I added white line sway bars and Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position tires (don't forget the tires - best suspension set up in the world won't help on shitty tires). This combo is fantastic. I have a 50 mile winding commute to work that I take mostly at 80-100 mph. I've never felt anything even consider letting go. Tokicos all the way. GR2 is basically your stock OEM setup.

3rd Generation

If money isn't really an issue, just go full tokico. In the event that you can't get the full set with struts and springs, get tokico struts and eibach springs. I had KYB's and they blew out quick, and like stated above are really just slightly better then stock. S-techs are most for a more agressive drop while keeping a decent ride. Eibachs are stiff like track springs but coupled with tokico's give an excellent ride. I wanted adjustable so I ended up with ksport coils.
