really no point unless you are increasing the flow due to forced induction. You can do it, and depends on your whole setup how it will sound.

I do have a good muffler. With just a muffler would it help?

High flow cats are great if it is a real high flow. Meaning that there is still a catalyst on the inside. The only thing that makes a cat high flow is that the inlet and outlet are larger in diameter. If it a bs cat from ebay for around 30 bucks then you are going to run into problems if you are N/A since that bs cat is now not going to create the backpressure that the engine needs to run correctly. Magnaflow makes great high flow cats along with Random Technology. Hope this helps

You wont notice a difference unless you actually redo your exhaust a little bigger... You'll gain some top end.

You can do headers, exhaust and tune with an AFC and gain some power.

Yeah that'll work. Not so much power though for the outset.

If you want over 30 HP a turbo, supercharger or nitrous oxide is your best bet. Comes down to the cheapest horsepower per dollar too.

Nitrous, then a simple turbo setup, then a rippmods charger if you can find one or can make a charger setup yourself. A good nitrous kit will only run you 500 bucks

A simple turbo sounds nice.
