3rd Generation 4cyl manual trans swap

Ok guys, I am a noobie and have been searching the site on 4cyl manual tranny swap. Everybody keep reverting back to the 6cyl. I am needing the info on what exactly is needed for the 4cyl. Is it better and easier just to get all of the manual parts from a camry around the same year as mine? Will I be needing other parts from different yotas? Somebody let me know. I am ready to get stared on this since I am yanking the engine also for rebuild and turbo. Prices I don't mind since this car was giving to me by my neighbor and it only needed a new drivers door handle. Thanks in advance.

If your staying i4 then its easier to get all the parts from an i4. you wont need parts from other cars.

if you're going to be turboing the car, then you may as well drop in the e`53- v6 tranny while you're at it. then if you decide to go big, you won't have to swap your tranny again to handle the torque.

in the end, you'll need the same stuff as with the 4cyl. main difference being that you'll need the v6 axles and flywheel/clutch- which should also bolt onto your 5sfe just fine
