3rd Generation Drive Gear Light

Hey,

Recently my D-R-N - etc. panel lights have went where I put my car in gear. My camry is a 1995 dx and the drive gear lights are near the emergency brake where you put the car in gear. Is this due to a blown fuse or something? How do I go about fixing this? Thanks for any input.

all my electrics still work., the only thing that has failed are the lights that light up my drive gear. Its just annoying because i have to turn on my light to see what drive gear im in.

uuh....why do you have to turn on your lights?! Don't your P-R-N-D-2-L on the instrument cluster still work?

And dont you just know where the gears are? Im mean..if you're going backwards...you're in reverse. If you want to go forward...just slide the shifter down without pressing the button till it stops...then you're in Drive. If you need to put it in park..it's all the way forward. Why does one need to actually LOOK at the gear shift?

If those lights went out...I could care less.

it's just a single bulb that illumates the whole gear range at the T-bar. you'll need to pull the cover off. should be easily fixed.
