The 95 and 96 headlights are different, so no they won't fit. There are no clear headlights made for the gen 3.5 (95-96), just the gen 3 (92-94). If you want you can do a conversion to gen 3. You would need those headlights, a gen 3 grill, and would have to cut your bumper and custom mount the lights. A few people on here have done that.

As stated, if you want to do the DEPO clears, then you have to do the Gen 3.5 to Gen 3 conversion with the new lights, the 92-94 grill, and trim your front bumper to accept the new grill, etc. There's a lip on the top of the 95-96 bumper that has to be trimmed to allow the 92-94 grill and lights to fit.

I have a '95 XLE also and was seriously considering doing the conversion, then decided I wasn't ready to cut my bumper just yet.

My factory headlights were already in decent shape, so I polished them up as good as I could with Meguiars PlastX, then I got clear corners + clear bumper lights. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out and will probably stay with that, though I haven't ruled out doing the Gen 3 conversion some day. I love the look of the truly clear Gen 3 Depos, but it's more expensive, and more hassle with cutting the bumper.

Anyway, if your existing headlights are in decent shape, you could go that route to get a nice look for cheap with very little effort. The clear corner and bumper lights are plug and play, and the Meguiars PlastX treatment is simple.

One thing to be aware of though, if your existing headlights are in bad shape, they may not look the greatest next to the clear corners. I've seen some like mine that match up pretty well, though still not a perfect match, but I've seen some where they don' t match well at all cause the headlights were trashed, and IMO the clears looked worse against the old headlights than the factory ambers.

Good luck
