Gday, welcome to the TN Camry forum. Any number of probs could do this fault. If your headunit has 4 channels (& 4 speakers are fitted) check the left front is working. If so, check the connections (easiest from the trunk I think, but my Camry is a wagon so can't check for you) to the faulty speaker. If the speakers are factory, get some new ones anyway, they are cheap as chips these days.

Use the search feature, you will find all sorts of links to tech help like this.

How to remove the rear speakers:

Remove rear seat by pulling up on it until it pops out. Then remove the 2 side cushion things that are held on by a single bolt each that has now been exposed with the seat removed. Fold down both back seats. Remove the two screws that hold on the rear deck, and remove the cover for the third brake light. Then remove the rear deck cover and the speakers are right there.

I picked up my '95 Camry LE in May, in June I replaced the four speakers and head unit. I did the four speakers first - at that point I had new speakers and the OEM radio - the difference in sound that just new speakers made was like night and day. After I replaced the head unit the sound was even better of course, but my point is that if you have stock speakers, consider replacing at least a couple of them. Cost was about $60.

And just to clarify something 95PimpingCamry said: "Remove rear seat by pulling up on it until it pops out" - he meant the bottom of the back seat - the upright portion folds down (but take off the side panels first).
