USA Camry 93 Engine Miss Fires Wet Spark Plug Please Help

Hi,
I have camry 93, 145 K miles. Since last couple of days engine is misfiring and vibrating. I have a friend who knows some about car and he changed the sparl plugs. While changing he noticed one of them is wet by oil on the ground electrode part. Changing plug didn't help, it is still misfiring. I had this car tuned up with (spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor) 25K miles back. He suggested I could see changing them again, but I am little hesitant since they have been changed short while ago.

Tomorrow I am going to check that plug again to see whether that is still wet or not. Would you guys please help me how can I get this fixed and what would be the reason. I know very little about car and always looking for economical fix.

Please post any video if you have it. If I tak to mechanic how should I guide them so that they don't charge me money looking for it what I already found

you want to clean out the oil

what I did was to get it clean out by using durable kitchen napkins or workshop napkins. Push it in with a chopstick or any wire. let it soak up the oil.

Repeat that step until all oil is removed

or you can remove the valve cover.

Mine happened cos I took it to a shop and the smart people there accidentally poured some oil in there.

Where was the oil? On the outside of the plug as in the plug tube, or on the actual electrode inside the engine?

I think oil was actually on the electrode. The part where the plug gap is. The part where the plug has L shape. Part what doesn't hook up with wires. Do you think oil in there is the culprit?\

How do I clean it? Do I have to take engine head/cover off?
