94 Coupe Toyota Camry V6?

i have a 94 coupe toyota camry and it seems REALLY SLOW. i mean i raced a honda 91 with like 95 HP and allmost got beat * honda was Manual and myn is auto * but still the race was extreammly close. also my camry dose 12 seconds from 0-60. dose anyone know wut the problem is ?
anyways its
V6 94 190000KM IN very good shape , NO PROBLESM at ALL, but seems very slow. i would expect more from a V6 185 HP. ( one problem that i am fixing is the Shocks they are done coudl that be the thing that is affecting me )
sorry ima car rookie lol.

my thoughts, assuming its not just flat broke inside with worn out cam lobes, springs etc, would be needing plugs, wires, and other ignition pieces, also may need a cleaning real well in the injectors and etc. also i have seen a plugged up cat do the same thing makes the exhaust sound funny and at least in the car it was in the floors near it got HOT.
also if you havent done it recently change the oil with some good oil and sea foam the crap outta it.
