Got new fogs lights. Question

On my stock fog lights i had 2 wires going to each light.
1 Green
1 Black.
Is one power and one ground?
which is which?

if u have a volt meter use it to see which is hot or cold cold = ~-11-13 V hot=~11-13 v

Use a DMM.

The green is most likely your power and the black is your ground.
