what exact prep work needs to be done im a n00b im assuming you need to remove any stock trim obviously and bumper fender but do i need to sand the connection area wash it what?
are u gonna mount it then have it painted or have it painted first? if painted first, make sure u save the wrapping it comes in. that way when u mount it u can protect the paint. install should be simple, removve the old pieces and install the new. however, depending on quality there may be fitmnet problems.
you should get it painted before install- because this way you don't have to jeopardize ur cars' paint from the over-spray or paint mishaps. Plus, you don't have hidden portions that aren't painted. Also, you'd save time/money not having to cover your car.
Prep work is usually needed for side skirts - clean and re-clean both adhesion point of the skirt to the car. Any lifted point on the adhesive is gonna get lifted up by dirt and the whole adhesive will just come off.

i agree, its always better to paint it off the car, unless ur planning to paint the whole thing, in which case its still better to paint it off the car but u can cheat if u want. i would mount it first like drewscam said to make sure fitment is good but paint it off the car.
and whats teh batwing body kit? never herd of it.
????????
LOL. BW is not BAT WING - its actually Black Widow. LOL
idk dude- that's kinda gross.. someone here in town that i know has that kit.. it was gross in his car and chances are- it'd be gross on urs too. REMEMBER.. ITS YOUR MONEY; and DO AS YOU please.
