i was lookin under the car, and figured i should take the wheels off - couldnt do it, so i got worried .... but then i figured it must be normal, so im gonna drop the car, loosen the lug nuts, and start over

well, i found out that my scissor jack when fully extended doesnt raise the frame rails high enough to get my jack stands under them, so here was my solution:
$1.00 pack of wooden shims under the scissor jack temporarily ... works like a charm
