side view mirror 99 camry le repair/question
alright i kind of "fell over" my passenger side view mirror and the three plastic bolts snapped but the entire housing and mirror is still completely in its original state.
what i had done is utilized an epoxy solution and now its back firmly on the part of the car however there is a tiny curve of the plastic on the top part of the triangular part....
directly to the inside of the mirror is the tweeter housing... how is that housed? the triangular pillar looking thing on the inside with the tweeter. Is it just a case? meaning its sealed to protect the tweeter?(i have an expensive focal..). then after the case is removed the three holes are revealed to that leads to the outside bolts right?
also, i noticed that when the mirror came off that on the exterior it is sealed with just three tiny holes for the bolts... will that obstruct the tweeter at all in the interior? or am i perfectly safe since it is sealed from the outside(exception to the three bolt holes), and is the triangular/tweeter pillar on the interior sealed as well? with just holes for tweeter speaker wires?
