Resonator or cat?

Is this a resonator or cat? I'm looking for a 2.5" resonator and this says cat/resonator. Does that mean both? Or just a cat? Or just a res.

I love that aeroturbine resonator it made my apexi n1 system sound so much better while cruising around!!! The cheapest place for it is on ebay.

adding a resonator would not make it louder, they are good for quieting and mellowing the sound.

I meant louder from the stock, I was assuming he went from stock to after market.
