Question maintenance problem on 1997 camry LE

I bought a 1997 Camry LE with 140500 mileage this Sep. from a dealer. The dealer didn't have ower's manual for me and didn't know when was the last time the timing belt was replaced. It was my first time to buy a car and I knew little about car. After reading post on the forum, I get a little familiar with car. I have questions on how to maitain the car:
1. Should I replace the timing belt for this moment (the mileage is 141000)? If not, when?
2. What kind of engine oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid and coolant should be used for my car?
3. The warning LED of hand brake was sometimes on even if I had released the hand brake. What's the possible cause and what should I do to fix it?

Thanks a lot for your kind answer.

the brake warning you are getting is low fluid in the resevior, usually from your brake pads getting worn down, mine was doing the same thing, so i added aa little fluid untill i am ready to put on new brakes (hoping to change brakes and rotors at once)

The timing belt is supposed to be changed every 90000 miles. Are there any service records for the car? If it was not replaced at 90000 miles, it should be replaced now, otherwise, the car may leave you stranded somewhere.

Engine oil is 5W-30, DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid, transmission uses Dexron III, and coolant use either the green stuff, Toyota red, or Zerex G-05.
