97 Camry Creeking Rear End

Thers is a creeking noise in the back of my camry im not sure if its to do with the suspension or rear drums both have yet to be replaced im short on money anyone have any idea what could be the cause?

The creeking happens while im driving while speeding up too 0-5mph and when i stop in that same range when i pull away i can here the noise could that be the drums..sounds like a door creeking or ship ??at high speeds on the highway when i slow down on the off ramp i here a loud noise kinda like a vibration from the rear like a jet slowing down...????

ALso while car is in stopped position the squeel continues like its rotating and will stop after about 2 seconds.???

I just recently put fuel system cleaner in my car could that have loosened something up in the fuel tank maybe thats the noise ??? but its def from the rear of the car

sure its commin from the rear? the only thing that would still be runnin if u stopped is the fuel pump. at first i was gonna say suspension but if it keeps doin it after u stop then its somthing else.

how does the car perform? does it feel sluggish, hesitate on acceleration, accelerate rough?
