3rd Generation Tint on tail/headlights

i think i seen thsi posted already somehwere...but i've looked and i ant come across it....so on to busines...i read that it is possible to use store bought window tint to black out lenses..if soo, what is the deepest tint i should use (w/o it being too dark) and is it possible to blakc out headlights and still get the full effect when they r on?? i got loads of black trim on my cam: wheels, door handles, headrests, grille, shifter, steering wheel, not to mention a "sombrero" (toyota t) im planning on ghosting into the hood...

since im on the headlisghts...can i do the bumber lights too?

you wont get full output no matter what simply because you are putting a film on it. Are you planning on doing the vinyl's or w/e or spray on?

Blacking out your headlight lens is not a good idea. Just get the headlight covers like I did. Put them on during nice days, and take them off for night. I actually drove by a parked cop and he didn't pull me over for it at all.

Use "niteshades" to tint your corner/marker lights...

There is a liquid that you can pour onto your headlights to "tint" them, but tinting headlights is never a good idea, like he suggested cover's are your best bet....
