3rd Generation Racing steering wheel?

What are racing steering wheels for? Besides looking cool? I'm getting racing seats and 4point seat belts put in, and I was looking at a racing steering wheel, mainly because I can get one for cheap and they look cool.

racing wheels are typically lighter(like it matters) and smaller so u can turn faster and have better control. they are also designed to be more ergonomic for teh hands and often have little buttons for things like nitrus or line lock or other things that are funny on a camry .

i have to ask... why do u need a sport steering wheel, or racing seats or racing harnesses in the first place?

I'd like the interior to match the exterior. The four point seat belts are a little excessive but It's going to be just as much as a hassle using my old seat belts with racing seats.
