3rd Generation Some problems..

Ok i have a problem with my 95 camry 2.2 i've had it for awhile but the month of november was hell. One day it ran a little bit hot so i just got a new thermostat and w/p and radiator and hoses Well ran fine but i noticed after it sat after turning off the car for about 20 mins it would blow white smoke so i thought hell there went the head gasket so i took it apart and sure enough the gasket was blown. Had the head checked out at a trusty machine shop and it was good replaced the gasket and put everything back together but then i notice a few things...
1) Every start up it stumbles and sputters for about 3 seconds and goes away not a big problem but gets annoying after awhile.

2) When im driving normal the transmission seems real late to shift from 1st to 3rd it'll get near 4K with a light foot even getting off the gas doesnt help but it hits hard once it shifts from gear to gear.

3) At times when i need to get on the gas i.e Passing, merging, etc when i have it at 1/2 throttle and ease on it it'll be fine but sometimes when i punch it it'll baraly get to 4k then it seems like the engine cuts off but if i get off the gas it's ok it never did that before im wondering if i connected the vaccum lines wrong or the timing is off any help is appreciated thanks

Rough idle might due to the IAC valve.

High shift points might be throttle position sensor or speed sensor.

See if any trans trouble codes are stored. Turn the ignition key and O/D switch on then jump the TE1 and E1 terminals of the diagnostic box in engine compartment. If the system is normal the light will blink two times per second. If not the light will blink out a numerical code one numerical at a time, each code has two numerals.

For details see link below:

Ignition or mechanical timing? You know when they removed the head for the gasket they had to put it back, might be off a tooth or so. That's for the power issue.
