4th Generation Trouble Starting

I had a fuel injector blow and had it replaced in my 93 V6 XLE. Ever since I had my fuel injector replaced my car cranks over for about 5 seconds stumbles then runs fine. I replaced the fuel pump and it still does it. I think something happened when the fuel injector was fixed. Could it possibly be air in the lines or an air leak somewhere? I'm lost

I had an O-ring of an injector leak and had a similar problem. It was most noticeable in the morning, after sitting for a while. I figured that the bad seal allowed air to seep in and then the gas in the line would drain back into the fuel tank. Evidently it leaked when the engine was running as well because I could smell gas and the area around the injector was real clean. I would suspect that your O-ring was scratched when it was replaced.

No leaks on the O-rings.. I would smell gas. I'm going to check the fuel rails this weekend to make sure they're all tight and check the lines from engine to tank..

I don't think it's air I think it's an injector dripping/leaking. The stumble/slow start is an over rich starting mixture. A plug visual may narrow it down to one injector. Check for leaks where the injector fits into the fuel rail, after that it may be the injector itself. If that's the case you can send them out for inspection/cleaning/testing. I have used Witch Hunter. You'll get a before & after flow chart.
