Draining

I just noticed this the other day after washing my car. I opened the back right door, and there was water inside the weather stripping on the body. Not the piece attached to the door itself, the piece attached to the body. If I press on that weather strip the water comes out the holes on top of the weather strip. I've never noticed this before and it doesn't seem to happen on the other doors. Is that normal, or is it an indication that there's a drain hole plugged up somewhere?

The lower inside portion of the door has little rubber check valve plugs. This plugs act as a one-way valve to drain water from the inside the door. Try prying the bottom of the plug open a little and see if water drains out. If plugged use a rod or something to clean the area.
