little help please

ive done a lil research but no luck.

Is it possible to use the 5 speed transmission out of the 4cyl motor

and put a v6 in, and use the 5 speed trans?

i just want a v6 motor, I love the 22r motor its so damn reliable. But I want a stick v6.

will the tranny bolt up? and what all will it take?
from what ive read, the v6 didnt come in a stick in the 3rd gens.

The gen 3 did come with standard v6, but they were rare. Why don't you use the E135 transmission its way stronger than what you're planning on using

Yeah you're going to need transmission mounts and new cv axles...pedals, clutch etc etc. Ecu....not necessary, but you can if you want. As goes for harness, all you need is the reverse light. And you would have to connect the park/safety switch together so your car would start.

if u want a V6 5 speed then either buy one or buy a junked car with both and swap the tranny and the engine at the same time. its alot of work and money unless u do the labor ur self then ull save a bundle. search around though, there are hundreds of posts about swaping a manual, V6 or V6 manual. ill give ya this though, it may help a little.
