off the top of my head ull need:
tranny
shifter cables
shifter
trim pieces for the shifter
conversion to handbrake and the trim pice that goes with that(if it has a foot brake now)
clutch master cylinder
clutch lines
mounts
and possibly the ecu from a manual car(the V6 needs one or other modifications to remind the car theres no longer an auto).
pedel assembly
clutch and flywheel(if the tranny u buy doesnt have one)
prolly missing somthing but im sure someone will chime in with more details.

sounds about right...the only things that you would be missing is the brake pedal and the neutral safety switch....that, and the mounting plate for the tranny mount if the tranny doesn't come with it (which it usually doesn't)
that, and not tranny that you buy would come with the flywheel or clutch

why does everyone want 5speed stuff after gave up parting mine out...oh well. Yeah, 5spd is the way to go, I may be picking another 96' 5spd For free to use as a Pizza-beater, cause my legacy is far to nice/has too much invested in it for such treatment.
^ Right now it's a garage queen. Once it's out of my shop It wont be babied, I fully intend on driving it to it's fullest, just not to deliver pizza in (winter job). I'm actually really excited about the idea of having a 5spd camry back!
