3rd Generation Ksport ebay springs

ok so i found ksport 1.6" drop springs on ebay for $99 for 92-96 camrys. could i possibly put these on my camry with the stock struts/shocks? or do i have to replace those to? cause eventually when i get more money im going to replace the struts/shocks anyways but these springs are a pretty good deal and ive seen some ppl on 95 camrys put just lowering springs on the stock struts/shocks? so u think it will work pretty good without crackin or blowing anything?

Thanks

Chris

I've been told to replace the shocks/struts when you get aftermarket springs or else they will wear out quicker. Are you planning on installing them yourself? If not, it would be cheaper to install both springs and shocks at the same time.

looks and just a little bit of performance because im gettin a new car when i grad i just wanna get the camry lowered with tint and black rims but u think i could put the springs on without messin up anything on the stock struts? i mean it should hold pretty good right? i just wanna make the car look nice and something i like to drive everyday besides wanting to get something else every week hahaha cause i want this car to last till i grad in 09 so u think the springs will be fine?

i had sprint springs(1.8") and OEM shocks on my first camry and had no problems for a long time but because they were cheaper springs the shocks wore out faster(motivation to get shocks). they were not bouncy but they did bound alot, prolly cuz they were soft springs. i havnt herd much about the ksport springs for these cars but for 99 bucks, unles they are used im gonna guess their quality is south of sprint(which isnt that great).

if it were me id either get a higher quality spring, which in the case of the camry means less of a drop. if u want to do it right AND make it easier for yoruself, then get shocks too. i believe there was a whole kit on sale on ebay with vogtland springs(good drop) and KYB GR2 shocks for a good price.
