Sticky clutch?

Hey,

I have 1992 i4 Camry, manual obviously, and as of late the clutch has been sticking to the floor, or what seems to be the friction point, or maybe it's just everywhere.

If I leave the clutch pressed down for too long, lets say I'm at a stop light or something and I decide to not put it in neutral, when I finally decide to go the clutch literally sticks down, and i have to flick it up with my foot.

It seems to happen the most in the morning when the car is really cold (I live in quebec)

What could be causing this? Is there an easy fix?

Thanks

From what you say... it sounds like... either an issue with your master or slave cylinder or your pressure plate. Sounds like the wave springs just wore out from the pedal being pushed in. Hope this helps you out!

from what most ppl, say, it's either the master or slave cylinder...

mine does that sometimes too and it's really annoying.

I'll be replacing my napa slave cylinder for an oem one soon, and if that doesn't solve it, my master as well
