Question Flasher no where to be found!

The flasher on my 93 Camry no longer work. When it was working the clicking come from inside the dashboard - passenger side.

Where do I look under the passenger side dashboard? I removed the panels, and the flasher is no where to be found, except for wires. What else do I need to remove and how deep inside the dashboard is the flasher?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I am glad they moved it. I look everywhere, except for the relay box inside the dash. Any idea how to get in there?
