Keyless Entry/Alarm not turning off on my '96
I walked out to my car today after work, and hit the remote to unlock the door, and nothing! I could still see the red light flashing on the middle console, so I knew it was still armed. I went ahead and unlocked the door with the key, which set off the alarm of course. I then took out the horn relay, since that was getting real annoying. Seems like it did this to me last year in the colder months, but a few moments of the unhooked battery fixed it. Not this time. My car is still sitting at work, battery unhooked of course, due to it not starting because the alarm was not turned off.
So, has this happened to anyone else? I'm going to try another remote, just in case this one is dead. But if that's not it, any other ideas?
