3rd Generation electrical problem

ok so im stumped lol i was on the way home from school yesturday and went to roll down my windows and right when they got all the way down the lights dimed and battery light came on then all sudden car shut off and turned back on?!? then in the drive way i did it again just to see if the car was acually messed up and yet again i rolled up the windows and when it got up to the top rollin up the windows it did it again and the car acually shut off...... well i took it to auto zone and had them do a battery check and it was good and just for the hell of it had them do an alternator check and yes it was fine to. what could it be? i was told maybe crossed wire or sumthing? also ill be driving and my radio will just randomly short out for awhile then come back on? any ideas? im takeing the deck out tomarrow to see if maybe that prob is from my remote wire to my subs. idk help!

The window motors are just big current drains on the battery ...
The problem is with your electrical system ....
If you have had the alternator and battery tested, then it could be a ground wire has come loose someplace ....
Since you have removed and replaced the battery cable terminals, has the problem repeated?
If you have clean, snug battery cables .... cleaned with a wire battery brush ... inside and out at the battery terminal connectors, then there might be a ground wire on the engine that has come loose .... Take a look around the engine compartment .... any loose ends?... any wires with bare insulation? Have you done any repairs or mods recently that might have disturbed the wiring .... anyplace on the car?

Try rolling down/up the window with the stereo and other electronic devices/accessories off, see if the problem continues.

Faulty ground wires can cause assorted electrical problems... more than one at the same time.
If you have the I4 engine, one ground to check is a snap connector ... black wire ....in the vicinity of the dog bone engine mount ... top of the timing belt area...
Just to be sure .... take a good look at your alternator connections, but first unhook the negative battery cable. Pull the alternator plug out, spray some WD-40 or something on it ... see if there are any other loose wires around the alt. ... snug up any nuts or bolts that have wires going to them. ... Also, check alternator belt for too much slack .... some deflection, but not too much.
